Our company needed an HMS system. We were looking for a company that could help us. We found out that NORD HMS provides these services and many others in Lithuanian. It was very convenient for us, so we started cooperation with NORD HMS.
We also received help from Nord HMS specialists when we had to deal with the Labour Inspectorate. They were inspecting the client's construction site and at the same time they were inspecting our work. They found irregularities. Because we did not understand what the Labour Inspectorate was asking us to do, we were not able to respond to them in time. Later we went to the inspector ourselves and communicated directly, thinking that the problems could be solved verbally. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when, after the interview, we received an instruction from the Labour Inspectorate that failure to submit the missing documents would result in the suspension of the company's activities.
