Our company needed an HMS system. We were looking for a company that could help us. We found out that NORD HMS provides these services and many others in Lithuanian. It was very convenient for us, so we started cooperation with NORD HMS.

They were inspecting the client's construction site and at the same time they were inspecting our work. They found irregularities. Because we did not understand what the Labour Inspectorate was asking us to do, we were not able to respond to them in time. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when, after the interview, we received an instruction from the Labour Inspectorate that failure to submit the missing documents would result in the suspension of the company's activities. We realised that we needed specialist help and immediately turned to NORD HMS, who were very prompt and very professional in resolving the situation: they explained the requirements, the law and the occupational health and safety regulations in force, and helped us to prepare the necessary documentation. A new report by the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate and STAMI shows that workers under 25 are the most affected in the construction sector. In 2024, 3,902 work-related injuries will be recorded in the sector, and the youngest workers are more likely to be injured than their older colleagues.
This is one of the highest numbers in the last decade. Only in 2021 were there more fatalities in 10 years.More seriously, 6 work-related deaths have already been recorded at the beginning of 2026.
